Free from cholesterol, sodium, sugar and trans fats, as well as a source of vitamin E, heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, palmitoleic acid and phytosterols, it’s a versatile oil that’s just as at home in domestic kitchens and food products as it is in anti-ageing skincare. 

The 2024 Australian macadamia crop is predicted to reach 56,000 tonnes in-shell at 3.5% moisture (60,000 tonnes in-shell at 10% moisture).
